Not delivering my Aadhar card

My name is Devang vadhu from toranvera Navsari district Gujarat. I order Aadhar reprint on 9/12/2019 from official website of UIDAI aadhar card company. Still after payment and 2 months passed away my adhar is not delivered to me. I complained so many time but no solution. Please help.
