Dear sir,

I am very disappointed with your service. I have ordered black colored shoes in the month of April of size 10. But unfortunately they weren't of the actual size. So I requested a replacement for which I haven't got any response.

And I have also ordered another pair of skin colored shoes. But in the delivery, I got a red colored pair of shoes. So, I have rejected that delivery.

In this regard, I have contacted your customer care team, but till now, there wasn't any proper response or solution from your side.

So for the last time I am requesting you to help me, and solve this issue as soon as possible.
