Online Fraud:: No Refund of payment and No delivery after one year ofSubscription

I have taken online subscription from Indian site www.bookstok.com on 16th June 2019, they committed to start subscription from October 2019 onwards,
But even after sending many reminders, they were unable to deliver even single magazine till January 2020 at my home address at Atladra Vadodara Gujarat, I requested them to refund my online transfer payment for one year subscription on Jan 2020, but till now they have not refunded any money after sending many reminders again and again, request you to please take action on online magazine site http://www.bookstok.com/ so that they cannot do online fraud with other and request you to please help me to refund my online transfer payment to them which was transferred through my HDFC Bank credit card 5522 6050 0160 1750.
