Wrong Bill Given complaint against Idea Cellular

I am using two numbers in one mobile phone and in bill of one sim which related to IDEA shows that i have called my other number and that also shows me call duration of less than one minutes. how is this possible to call on other mobile when you are using same mobile for both sim cards and these sim cards are working at same time.
