I have been purchase Red mi 3s prime mobile on 23-11-2016 on Filpkart website. My order number OD5076737881348000
Now it has two IMI no
863819030774888
863819030756364.
The first IMe number is written in Invoice bill that sent by your company.
The second IME number is already used
fully replacement mobile, USB post.
On 21-09-17 my phone not working properly. I went to Service centre of Mi Rewari Harayana. The team members they check the record of my phone and found the history of second IME. This second IME number is already used. How it's possible to issue one IME number two different customers.
Because your company Filpkart doing the fraud activity.
Dear sir kindly replace my phone with the immediate effects as soon as possible.
Above problems will be forward PMO cell, Consumer Affairs act 1986.
if you not taken Postive step on my problem.
