dear sir,

i have purchase samsung j7 pro last month.after few days i have facing problem in this phone.the phone is not charging properly. the charging percentage in this phone is about 5% in a hour. i am visit your service centre near banke bihari mandir nit faridabad.but i have not satisfy with their service.they said that the charging adopter is not working properly & give me new adopter. but the problem is same as earlier. so please tell me that where will i complaint.
