Dear Sir Madam

i am customer of your company sony .i purchase sony xa mobile for 31/12/2016 but in today some problem occures in that phone .i go to service center yamunanagar vipin electronics.they sold my phone problem but they charge 200 rs for me for softare updating but my phone is under warranty .so sir plz take some action againts service center .i am attacted bill copy and 200 charge recipt for this email.i am all timew user of sony product
