SAMSUNG MOBILE COMPLAINT NOT RESOLVED AFTER SEVERAL

Dear Sir,

This is for your kind reference that I deposited a Samsung tab s8.4 on 03/11/2016, at your service center Sec-16, Faridabad-121002, for (auto on/ off, auto lock, heating, network drop problems) your executive examined the device and asked to leave the device for a day. Next day i.e. 04/11/2016 a message for pick the device received from your service center but when I visited the service center device is still not working properly, I report to your executive and he again asked to leave the device for one more day and I do. your service center again send a message on 05/11/2016 to pick the device, I visited the service center and your executive shows the device to me which is brutally damaged by your service center staff (back side totally damaged, sensors damaged and sensors cover also removed) I shocked and report to service centre Manager, he was fixed the device back cover permanently with fevi quick in front of me and replied that we have received the device in damage condition so we can’t do anything you have to accept it. Now I want to ask a question if the device is in damaged condition what don’t they mentioned in job sheet. Please explain what kind of services is this by such a reputed company. Now I request you to look in to the matter and get it changed the device by Monday 07/11/2015, now today at i.e. 28.11.2017 I am having problem in my device since last six months I complained to Samsung service center and deposit the device but every time problem exists unresolved several time and last I visit to Samsung service center on 10.10.2017 but they refuse to admit the device and after my best efforts and several visits to Samsung service center my device still not working. Now my device get out of warranty.
