Dear sir / mam,

I have purchased a new mobile from chroma centre faridabad date of 2 Oct Lg Q6 . But mobile is not a proper working problem is hanging and over heating problem.and i had gave mobile to croma centre on date 4 oct.I had 3-4 time visited croma centre . croma employee say they have send mobile phone to the service centre 2 times. and he has not proper solutions. then I had talk to LG customer care . he asking jobsheet number. Then today I am visited croma center asking jobsheet number but your store employee not provide jobsheet number .
