Unnecessary charges levied and not reply to complaint mail.

Dear team,

i had written a mail of reversal of charges for last month bil i.e. Rs.347.I had a call from vodafone representative that your charges are reversed and it will be reflect in your next bill. But in current bill they have not adjusted the amount and nor replying to my mail.Other complaints :-
Queries?
1.Explanation for Charges of RS. 347 in last bill?
2.Who was the representative , who inform me about charges are reversed ?
3.If i have set limit for ECS , then why did you deduct less amount in bill cycle.
4. product knowledge of the representative. ( Limit of ECS)
5. If given request for call back , why didnt i get a call ?
6. Without my instructions, why did you change mode of bill ( from physical bill to E-mail )
7. How it happened every time that you charged wrong charges and i have you put a mail for it.
8. I want written explanation of all my charges reversal . ( 6 month back you had charge almost thrice )
