I dialed *123# at about 15:20 IST. It gave me some options like 1.Music, 2.Cricket, etc. I had not pressed any number and pressed End button. I got message at 21:16 IST that my Rs. 3 deducted for Cricket service. I got shocked. Before this never happen. I called IDEA customer care, one person told me that I went through Menu 'Idea Power'. hence the deduction happen. Other person told me that I dialed *123# at about 21:15 IST. hence the deduction happen.

My Question is, why the deducted my money if I did not pressed any number?
Second, if I dialed *123# at 15:20 IST then why I got message at 21:16 IST?
Third, why different person from Idea Care telling different answer every time?

It seems that there is an technical issue.

Before this I dialed *123# many times but, it hadn't deduct my money.
Why message got after long time of the activity?

Idea is providing worst service.

Please refund my Money Rs. 3 ASAP.
