Complain against Vodafone Wrong billing no commitments in writing

I had taken a new connection 9820413630 for which normally Vodafone gives a nominal limit of 1000-2000 for post paid connection.
To my surprise, my second bill came upto Rs. 12,447. They simply pestered me and chased me for payments and I was forced to visit their store as the issue was not getting addressed over the phone. Finally once I visited the store they accepted their fault and i told them that I want to close the connection so that I donot get more such surprises from vodafone and then I'll make the full and final payment. The store person said that I'll get a call from vodafone for closure as there is a different team handling account closure.
Meanwhile I kept getting threatening calls from 022-67677757 and i maintained that I will pay 2000 odd amount only after they close account or if they give me in writing that the account will be closed once the payment is made. I received a legal notice as well and replied to their lawyer also accordingly via email.
However this underworld person who is an employee of Vodafone got my regular number 9820297108 without any notice and called me mocking me that no one can start your number if you dont go to the store. I have held this number for a long time and never expected Vodafone to stoop to such low levels but I paid the amount and got the number started.
Vodafone has no responsibility or accountability when it comes to service. For everything their excuse is process etc and I am sure that Vodafone is going to raise another bill for this number whereas I have already asked them to disconnect 9820413630.
Also, I had changed my plan on 9820297108 to a vodafone RED wanting to take my wife's number also under a single plan......but Vodafone finally got us under this plan after around 5-6 months of chasing them and everyone who used to come on the phone or meet at the store had different stories and different commitments which were never kept. As a result of this, we ended up under-utilising the Vodafone REd scheme and addition bill for my wife's number.
Vodafone must be hiring their customer service reps with different agendas so that clients are confused and their revenue increases
Even if i claim 1 cr for the harassment from Vodafone it'll be less
