BSNL Network is not available in Phase 3, near the MNC's companies like Cognizant,Capgemini.
Moreover, the signal strength is zero(i.e. no signal) inside the offices/campus of these companies.
Due to this private telecom companies are taking advantage by charging higher rates.
Request to take action so that BSNL towers are installed.
