samsung J7 Screen damage and now the service center customer care not ready to help .

Dear Sir,
This is in text to the matter where we have taken samsung J 7 in the month of novemeber and now the screen is damaged and the people at 24 hrs customer care is also not ready to help us or give us any kind of a solution .
At the time of purchase we had taken the insurance as well but we are not getting proper revert for the same .
Kindly tell us we are a middle class people and we had a great time of saving for this and now left completely blank .
With a hope of resolution we expect you to help us out with it
