Reliance is not providing services properly

it's been long time since reliance has launched its 4g. however it has impacted all the network. I am using the reliance sim gsm and cdma. the 4g network is given for cdma by converting them to 4g gsm sim however I never got any 4g speed on sim and all are false promises from reliance and they also issue with gsm network services. the services are worst every time call drop not able to reach the network. reliance looks like no network service provider. please take action against reliance for not providing proper customer care and giving false promises for promoting 4g and no call drop issues with gsm network.
