My mobile number 8149410727 is not working from last week as Telenor has disabled my incoming and outgoing calls and messages without any reasonable grounds. My number is in roaming its active and have a balance of rupees 52. I have tried to contact customer care executive but the calls gets disconnected automatically before reaching to customer care executive. I searched and found number of appellate authority (Monica Handa 9175010102) but the number is switched off every time I called on this number. Further I have also sent a mail to the appellate authority (appellate-authority.mah@telenor.in) to clarify the reason behind blocking my number. but still there is no reply from Telenor. As I have been using this number from last six years most of my information is linked with this number and its affecting my daily life.
