mobile send for repairing till now not get back near a mounth over and not responding

i am rushikesh hadke from wardha maharastra purchased a mobile phone from ebay . then send me the mobile frome trading compony . after reciving mobile it occure some hardware problem in it after a 2 mounth (in warranty ) period .. i send back the to the compony from where it come .. now near about 30 days over they are not giving any response or feedback regarding mobile ..and when i am calling them they are also not reciving my call and not giving me proper massage regarding my mobile ....
please help me and provide some solution regarding my problem
