Harrasment, bought ONEASSIST Mobile Insurance along REDMI NOTE 3 phone

I have bought ONEASSIST Mobile Insurance along REDMI NOTE 3 phone.
But now i am extremely disappointed with the service.
My SR#1662476 Membership ID#1000616461
have lodged complaint on 22nd NOv for damaged handset ( Broken Display) and subsequently handset was picked up with a promise of delivery within 21 days.
but to my dismay after almost 30days they are giving approximate/nit sure delivery date of 8th January on the pretext of spare part not available @MI, but when i checked personally with MI, they have the displays in stock and repair handset in 2-3days time.
We are extremely harassed with the one assist service. It feels like i have bought this trouble myself by buying insurance from one assist.
