HTC mobile Services center Not Given Proper support

I have Purchase HTC Mobile In 20th April 2016 (8th Months Before)

My Mobile In Warranty. But Company Tell Me To Pay Charge for mobile.

In This 8th Month I have submitted 3 time Mobile in HTC Service Center at Borivali for battery discharge, Display, & Software Problem. But Not Solve The Problem.
Company send me Quation for Body Problem. And Not Solve My actual Problem. So Help ME to Solve It.
