have bought K6 note leonova mobile from Sangetha 9th block jayanagar bangalore on 10.1.2017 video bill no SI/JN9/5503. On 25.8.17 there was a problem in my mobile. I have contacted your service centre 4th block jayanagar to repair the same around 4.30 p.m. token no 160. I have waited for nearly a hour.when my token was called it was 5.20 p.m .the concern person said it had to flash and I have to take all data's from mobile because all the data will be deleted. It took nearly 1.5 hour to take back from outside by that the service centre is closed. Today around 6.50 pm I again visited your service centre. Because I have to come after my office hours. The front desk support madam said that the working hours is over hence I have to come again tomorrow .I requested her to help me to take the complaint and give the mobile whenever is ready because my office timeings is upto 6.30 pm.she blindly refuse to take . What is the use to the mobile when it is working that to within 7 months. I left mobile in the service centre . I request you register my complaint and do the needful. My both simran are in my mobile.
