I have a moto g4 plus mobile. the display of the same went off on friday, 01/09/2017. i went to the authorised service centre - VASHI telcom, situated at Haware Fantasia, sec-30A, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. there i was told that they were shifting there premises to the groung floor and hence asked me to come on monday, 4th september 2017. on 4th september, i submitted the handset and was told to wait as they had to check the issue before receiving the fone.i almost waited for 1 hour, and enquired. i was told that since they had recently shifted, it would take time but they couldnot tell how much. i requested them to receive my fone and check it lateron and inform me. but they didnot do so. rather they returned my fone and said they wont be able to accept it. they behaved the same way with 5 other customers and returned them.

we donot have the whole day with us to spend. i had taked a half day leave to submit my fone, but couldnot do so.
