Coolpad not repairing mobile, bought coolpad mega 3 on 24 january 2017.

Hi myself asad changal i bought coolpad mega 3 on 24 january 2017. it started giving touchpad problems problems on 4/6/2017 and it is under warranty. so i visited service centre on 5/6/2017 located in santacruz mumbai.they told me that my phone would be repaired by 19th june 2017 but till date today 1st August 2017 the have not repaired the mobile nor they are giving any satisfactory answers, every time i call them they tell it will be repaired within two days. i request you to please do the needful. i am attaching the service job-sheet.
