Mobile damaged have purchased Asus Zenfone 3 from Flipkart in November 2016.

I have purchased Asus Zenfone 3 from Flipkart in November 2016.
Because of some motherboard issue in December 2016 i have submitted my phone to Asus Service center which got recovered once.
Again in June 2017 my phone suddenly got hanged and switched off so again have submitted to service center. After checking they concluded that there is water spillage to my phone and thrashed a bill of Rs.16000 as repairing cost which is under warranty.

but there was no water contact to my phone at all as i was using it carefully and i am pretty much sure about it as it got hanged suddenly while i was talking on it, even the serial no. sticker on back cover of phone is as it is since i bought.

For the same reason i have raised several complaints to Service center which they are not entertaining now.
So i have raised several mails of complaints to Technical support team.But they are not accepting that their phone has some hardware problem and giving me the same reason.

I wont b able to use my phone now for which i have spent Rs.22000.
and getting suffer of many follow ups.


So i want to register a complaint against Asus India.
