Lyf mobile not working, I would like to complain you that I have Lyf Wind 4 Mobile

With Ref to above subject mention I would like to complain you that I have Lyf Wind 4 Mobile, While I was using it the mobile was not detecting memory card so I have been to your center for servicing of mobile. But the service center executive told me that 32 gb memory card is not proper then he put memory card which he had but still the problem was not solved. Then the executive repaired the board of mobile phone, after that memory card was detected but at that time the body and screw slot were damaged by him. After this repair the memory card problem got solved but Sim card was not detected, then this time the executive changed the board once again but this mobile was properly repaired then he send the mobile to Pandharpur Office after that the range of mobile goes and come and the software updates are not taken for this mobile. After that they told that there is no issue with mobile you complain to the service provider , then I have registered a complain to 199 with ref no Sr00000AGB6O then they told there is problem with mobile not with the service provider.
Then the Akluj service station executive told please don’t keep the mobile with us you better come tomorrow. I am really fed up with this mobile please consider this issue as serious and do the needful to me otherwise I have to file a case against you in consumer court..
So please do the needful and tell your executive to behave properly and co operate with the customer.
