The Coolpad note 5 ( Invoice No TN MAA4 172854211 - 87727) has been purchased by me on 28.10.2016 . The mobile delivered to me having call drop problem. When contacted to Coolpad Communications they advised me to visit their service centre i.e. Shree Sharda mobile Hi Life Mall, Santacruz West, Mumbai, .The first Job having no 1514 dt 11.03.2017. After their servicing there were NO improvement in my mobile. There after I have visited 5 (FIVE) times in their service centre but call drop problem not rectify. I am really fade up with this mobile and request you to instruct the company i.e. Coolpad Communications Private Limited, to compensate me by refunding me Rs 15999.00 details are 10999.00(cost of mobile) + Rs 5000.00( the cost of my physical and mental torture
