Insufficient information leads for high bill amount

This is reference to detailed discussion with your representative & floor manager on customer care no 121 of TATA DOCOMO, my query and concern was not resolved,
While reviewing my current bill, I have observed the internet charges are Rs. 2,293.30 though my plan includes 1 GB internet free. Explanation given
by Docomo representative is that since tata docomo network is not available on roaming hence it is latched with other available network, so it is
chargeable. This is not at all acceptable, since this information is passed to me while issuing the number and I am not able to pay this amount. Even this is not informed to me as well while PORT with tata docomo, also last month¿s my number was blocked thrice but no one bothered about to give information and this additional charges.
