Refund related handset Q392 in micromax service center

I had given my handset Q392 in micromax service center since 28th Jan 16. As per company policy, i had to receive it by 21 days.

It's been more that 3 months still have not received mobile handset.

I had purchased it on 12th Dec and couldn't use even for 10 days. Initially i thought that my laptop had problem later on i confirmed there is a issue in mobile.

pls refund my amount against mental harassment.
