regarding fraud and unncessary charges done nd not answering calls at costomer care by tata docomo

sir i have yesterday activated internet service at RS11 to get 60 mb data sir after some time i got the msg from compony that data bundle has exhausted nd within fraction of this massage i got another massage that RS 110 dedusted for internet. i called customer care for complaint bt operator recived call nd diverted to senior nd after some rings call was cut nd after that i tried atlest 30 times bt they have diverted my call as it always rings all operators are busy.....
