Deduction of our Balance without our permission.

Sir, We r using service from IDEA cellular Ltd. Mobile & Internet both.
Last 2 years they r deducted my balance without informing me, without my permission. After deducting they informing us that we had activated such a services on your phone, like game, ringtone. I am badly harrased from this services. I had continuously calling them to cancell all this services & refund my money but they not giving any answer to me.& if my internet balance finishes they deducting my talktime balance without informing me. I am very harrassed. Resolve my this problem. I am Milind Ambar Agale, From Pune, My Mobile no. is 9762472396 We had already complaint to u but we have not recd.any reply pl.reply us.
