1. I am using IDEA Mobile Service. This company started any kind of services without intimating us & deducting our balance. When we recharge they started some services like games.
2. When we using Internet service, if our internet pack finishes they deducting our talktime without intimation on hire charges,But they not giving us any intimation & deducting our bal.
