Complaint regarding my Airtel number +91 9665144688

My concern is, you offered me some service in exchange of money i.e. unlimited 2G internet for one hour in exchange of Rs5. You charged me but you didn't give me that service. This is simply misleading to your customers for profit. You promised unlimited internet for Rs5 and you served nothing. What does this mean, are you complying to regulations set for you? Instead of giving me service in agreed amount, you charged me more, for nothing. Instead of getting service I got suffered.

And, this is not for the first time, it has happened in past for several times.

It's been 4 days I'm getting headache; thinking, calling, emailing just for the sum which is less than Rs 25. Do you really think it's about Rs 25? Or it's about your policies and standards and regulations set for you?

And there are many people, for instance my family members, they don't even try to understand where they are getting charged. They keep recharging on regular intervals thinking they are getting services for their hard earned money because the service provider is complying to regulations set.

I hope you understand my concern now and provide me resolution.
