My mobile number is 9987003342
I have a corporate plan which says that after 1gb 3g usage my internet speed
will get throttle and i will get unlimited 2g internet. Speed will be upto
20kbps but i am not getting any internet access. I am not able to send whatsapp
messages as well which are in bytes.
Upon calling to to customer care they are saying that we cant help you in this issue. you will have to buy smart bytes
Why should i buy any bytes if my plan says that you will get unlimited 2g once you finished you 1gb 3g data.
And they are saing that your speed will be upto 20kbps but i am not geting any speed not even able to send whatsapp messages whih are in few bytes
Airtel is fooling its customers. Please Look into this matter
