sold second hand mobile as a New mobile

Dear Sir,

I had purchased a New Lenovo A6000 plus from M/s Kadam Marketing Limited, G-3, Aggarwal Bhawan, Nehru Place New Delhi-19 dated 23rd September, 2015 for Rs. 8050/- (Bill Copy & Credit card payment copy are enclosed herewith).
But after one month the mobile phone had create many problems like touch not properly work, auto data delete, phone hanging & auto switch off etc. and when I has gone to Lenovo Service centre for check up my phone, they told me the phone already opened outside service centre and it is not repair at than I told him this phone is under warranty and it is new phone and I purchased within month.

Then they finally show me in the computer system the phone was arrived at service centre dated 3rd September, 2015 for touch screen changed at Kadam service centre, Nehru Place, New Delhi-19 and I purchased that phone dated 23 September, 2015 as a New phone from Kadam Marketing Pvt. Ltd, Nehru Place, New Delhi.

In this regarding, when I told to M/s Kadam Marketing Ltd. about this fraud with me than they abuse me and denied to change my phone & misbehavior with me. I told them again & again every time they harassing me.

I requested you to please justice me from the that fraud shops and take hard action against this type fraud shops and preventing the other persons such type of fraud or cheating.

When I deeply notice the shops, than I found many duplicate phone and computers was there.
