Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased Yuphoria Mobile from Amazon India on 13 Oct 2015. On December 2015, My Yuphoria Mobile screen had damaged & complained to Yuphoria customer care on 13 December 2015. Yuphoria Customer care had booked my complain with paid charges of Rs.2300 in physical Damage condition. After long followup yuphoria had provided pickup courier arrangement on 29 December 2015. Thereafter I still have not received My Yuphoria mobile & customer care always reply that within 48 hours you will receive message for delivery. Courier Company boy (PARCEL LOADING) who was provided by Yuphoria had also taken my phone Battery & Mobile Back cover. I have voice- recording of courier boy who has received the battery & mobile back cover with the instruction from his company.
Please suggest & guide what to do in this case. I still have not received my mobile & have frustration regarding the service of Yuphoria.
