FREQUENT VISIT TO THE SERVICE CENTRE FOR THE SAME PROBLEM IN THE MOBILE

I HAVE SUBMITTED THE MOBILE HANDSET ON 05.09.2015 AND 11.09.2015 i.e. FOR THE TWO TIMES WITH THE SERVICE REQUEST NO. 30101371F90141 FOR THE SAME PROBLEM FOR THE REPAIR OF CAMERA & REDUCED BATTERY BACKUP IN THE AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE OF SPICE WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD OF ONE YEAR(DATE OF PURCHASE-24.03.2015) AND ON EVERY TIME IT WAS SEND TO THE ADVANCE REPAIR CENTRE OF THE COMPANY. THEY HAVE RETURNED BACK MY MOBILE ON 19.09.2015 at 05:17 P.M.  BUT THE SAME PROBLEM WAS EXISTING IN THE MOBILE.  AGAIN THEY ARE SAYING TO SUBMIT THE MOBILE FOR THE REPAIR TO THE SEVICE CENTRE AND IT WILL TAKE 21 DAYS MINIMUM TIME AGAIN FOR THE REPAIR. BUT I AM REQUESTING THAT IT MAY EITHER BE REPLACED OR REPAIR AT THE SERVICE CENTRE ONLY ON THE SAME DAY AS BECAUSE I AM FULLY DEPENDENT ON MY MOBILE FOR THE DAILY ACTIVITIES OF MY OFFICE  AND ASSOCIATION.  FOR THIS MY ADVOCATE SH. RAKESH KUMAR(GUPTA) HAS  ALSO SEND THE NOTICE OF 15 DAYS TO THE MANAGING DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY TO SETTLE THE ISSUE ON 13.09.2015. BUT STILL COULD NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLY FROM THE COMPANY. THEY ARE JUST PASSING THE WARRANTY PERIOD OF ONE YEAR.
