Failure to deliver handset by Mi service center Gadgetwood eservices,

Redmi Prime 2 handset by Mi.com pruchased from flipcart. it's camera is not working after one month of usages. This is under warranty. I called to Mi customer care No. 18001036286 and suggested to use paid services of 189/-Rs and handset will be pickup from residence and delivered after repair within 5 days. I opted and paid amount on 2nd of Jan 2015 Ticket ID no. Xio-2016010108841, But when I call to Egadgetwood services says again 3 to 5 days extension and no given final date of handset delivery. During this period I am mentally harrassed by Mi customer service team and again there is no confirm or final date given by customer service to handover my handset.
Kindly suggest I want to take legal action against service center and company. the address of service center is
