Yureka mobile handset problems like loudspeaker not working

I purchased YU Mobile handset on March 20, 2015. It has one year warranty. Still it is under warranty. From the time I bought it, it is giving many different problems like loudspeaker not working, now it is not getting charged. When I call to customer care, they do not response properly. First time I complained to customer care on 29th October 2015 regarding its charging issue and from that time I call to them after evvery one week.Still they have not replaced it. Every time when I call to them, they say we will do it asap. But so far nothing has been done. Even I am not able to use my phone at all.
