Heating Issue in newly purchased mobile

Dear Sir/Madam ,

I have purchased one Moto X Play (INR-18,999) Mobile from online shopping portal FLIPKART.

When i used it , i feel my handset get heated. I never feel in my old handset. from the day one i am trying to contact with Flipkart and Motorola , as they have 30 days replacement policybut flipkart is not agree with my concern. I am not asking for refund of my money but i am expecting with FLIPKART to replace this defective product.

So please help me urgently. I dont have so much money to spend on another mobile.

So request to you please help me.
