I had online purchased mobile handset (Samsung galaxy S7) from ebay India. Click mobile detail on ebay web then page open in another window for shopkart.somee website. I ordered mobile (Order no.: 7335) and paid Indian rupees 30000 on 20th September, 2016. Amount paid through online bank NEFT. The seller bank details are:
Bank: Kotak Mahindra Bank, Lower parel branch, Account no: 4011334321, IFSC code: KKBK0000638, Bank holder name: Neerav Shah.

Received fake mobile from shopkar.somee, yeah deals, Neerav Shah, 801, Neu-marathan, lower parel, Mumbai-400013, email: yehdeals@gmail.com, Mobile phone no.: 9022399885

I contacted seller and ebay India regarding the same but was not responding. I had returned the phone with all accessories to above mentioned address through DTDC courier. I got the acknowledge receipt confirmation from DTDC courier.

I requested and mailed to yehdeals@gmail.com for replacement or return Indian rupees 30000. Seller has refused to give replacement or return the amount.

I hope you will look into the matter and provide me appropriate solution.
