My divise not repaire more than 25 days & they will not replace the phone

I'M giving my leeco2 mobile in service station at Arihant Technologies in Maninagar more than 25 days. but they did't solve the problem for my phone. i can use this phone only 20-25 days and then issue was start in the phone. so i'm going to service station on 22/08/2016 for leeco and then they say me that 20-25 days your phone was repaired. but after 20-25 days i'm going there they will tell me that the 10-15 days more to repaire the phone. so will tell them replace the but they did't replace.. plzz help me. thankyou.
