i have given my samsung mobile phone to samsung service center due to display problem. i gave my phone on 12/8/2016 bill no: 4219487383 model no:sm-A700FZKGINU but till date i haven't got my mobile phone and when i call them their landline number is never reachable n when i go to their service center they says that the mobile is not repaired but when i call on their toll free customer care number they said that your mobile was repaired n dispatched one month before. so now what should i think about company that their customer care representative is fraud or service center owner.
