Complaint regrading Redmi 3S Prime for replacement of Mobile not Issued

My name is Hetalkumar i chaudhari i have bought Redmi 3S Prime (Grey, 32 GB) from http://www.mi.com/in/
my order id : 5160809952400079 deliver to me on 14-August
after 2-3 Days of Use i am facing the issue
1) Abnormal shutdown while using basic feature of Camera, Browser, Finger Print Sensor or any other App.
2) After Abnormal shut down Phone when i try to Starting phone again shut down,
3) After some time it's stating continuous rebooting.
after spending Rs.9000 & using for only 2 Days, this type of fault shows lack of testing on phone.
I have submitted may phone to Xiaomi service centre 2 times in Baroda & 1 times in Ahemdabad after repaired again same problem which mention above is repeated, i called number of time Xiaomi customer care to told may phone problem & give me replacement for that but they every time told me to visit Xiaomi service center, i visited service center but again same problem is repeated. i continuously call to xiaomi costumer care for replacement finally after 1 month they ready for the replacement, i send my mobile to there Warehouse Address:Xiaomi

By Blue Dart courier on 16-sep-20116 tracking Id is 14707829043, and phone reached ther warehouse on 20-sep-2016, But till date they did't issue replacement and not any phone dispatched for the same. when i call regarding that they told me that they have some issued with my phone but they not told me what is issued?, they also told me that as soon as possible dispatched my phone but till date they not dispatched any phone. so i am socked now buying a brand new phone & facing this type of major problem, even with customer care with no result which is not tolerable..
Now I want Fresh replacement as soon as possible of Phone or My money back Rs.8999 or because this is cheating
