LENOVO Smart Phone stopped working and LENOVO Care is not attending to this issue

I, Mr Hemanshu from Ahmedabad Gujarat, India bought LENOVO A7000a Smart Phone with Sr No. HA0CZ5GR and IMEI Nos as 867626025076062 & 867626025076054 on 12/08/2015.
My said So called SMART Phone stopped working on 17/08/2015, only after 05 days of purchase. I gave it to Local Service Center and according to Service center people, said phone required to be replaced and they issued DOA Letter on 24/08/2015 for replacement.
But as usual, LENOVO Care is not attending to this issue.
Even email id printed on seal packed box of LENOVO Phone is not Operational or Not Working as email sent to that email id got bounced.
I also escalated this issue to Executive Director – Service with email id Services_ED@lenovo.com, but Still No Resolution from
LENOVO for REFUND.
In August 2016, One year after, LENOVO agreed for replacement.
as Current market price of A7000a is less than
Rs.7000/- . Why should I bear a Financial Loss ?
So I agreed for replacement with LENOVO Vibe Black, K4 Note with 3GB RAM and 16GB Internal Memory as a Phyasical Replacement against my Faulty Handset,
Faulty Phone with related Original documents are now with company as
I handed over on 12/10/2016 ( as per their email ) but still No Response from LENOVO.
As on today, i.e. 07/11/2016, LENOVO failed to provide any replacement and according to their email, REFUND is Not Possible.
Is this company has Special rights to bypass LAWS governed by Indian Court i.e. Refund is applicable if customer reports manufacturing faults within 07 days of purchase ?
I also escalated this isssue to Brand Ambassador of LENOVO, Mr Ranbir Kapoor, but No Response.
I herewith lodging complaint in this forum for Refund of Rs. 10000/- ( Purchase Amount ) Plus Rs. 20000/- as Mental Harassment caused due to Negligence provided from LENOVO.
