My Iphone 5s not working and apple authorised service centre is not ready to replace

Hii..my name is harsh...i have purchased new iPhone 5s 16gb silver, 5 months back and phone is still in warranty.

I have been noticed that from last 10 days my phone is not working properly so I have reset my iPhone twice because function and battery backup not working properly.

Something my phone switch off automatically ...(22-08-2016) my phone is switched off now and not working at all ..when I am trying to charge my phone only flash light is showing on-off... Really I am frustrated from last 15 to 16 day... I have spent money because of Apple brand and right now I am facing lots of problems....

Today i have shown my phone to MAPLE DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY INT PVT LTD (Apple authorized service centre which is in khar west) technician, they opened my phone and they are saying maybe moisturizer your phone is not working, i said them that my phone is still in warranty and it is not my mistake because of moisturizer my phone is not working also I said that climate it is not in my hand?
... then i told that service centre executive that why apple company introduce such type of phone?

pathetic answered it given by executive that they will replace my phone with new one but I have to pay 22,000? ..it is original priced of my phone when i purchased phone from apple store, also they said that you need handed over your old phone in their service centre once I paid the 22,000, then they will give me new phone and my old phone they will used for experiment /testing .. which is really disappointing for customer they are not given importance to customer, means customer are not important apple company.

Other brand mobiles (like Moto, lumia, sony , MI) also replace and repair but why apple authorized service center making such type of stupidity with customer.

we are spending money because of apple brand also it is known as premium brand and they are not providing support and not replacing phone if phone is in warranty.

I need my phone to be replace by Apple authorized service centre when it is in warranty (only 5 month used), no damage and nothing.

Please help me on this I am very greatful to your team.
