No response from Xiaomi Service center as costumer care service

i have purchased Redmi Note Prime OF MI From: MI India Official Site Rocket Kommerce LLP 4th Floor, Plot nos. 183 to 197 & 254 to 258, Bommasandra Jigani Link Road Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bommasandra Bangalore – 562106 ST Reg No.: AANFR4070JSD001 VAT/TIN No.: 29770671556 CST No.: 29770671556 Invoice No: 1455249989256618708 Invoice Date: 12 Feb 2016 Order No: 5160212134000805 which i have submitted to Pune MI Exclusive Service Center TVS Electronics Ltd, 1170/21 Revenue Colony Near Shivaji Nagar Head Post Office(Adjacent to Kajale Petrol Pump) Shivaji Nagar Pune 411005 on dated 05 may 2016 for over heating problem but till now i havent got my mobile phone the service centre has told me that they will replace my mobile within one month but they havent replaced it. i have contacted several time to the customer care but they are just making me fool they are saying that they dont have any idea about my mobile. so i kindly request you to do the needful. thank you my work order no is WXIN1607120017446
