On 23/7/16 I received my above ordered phone,purchased directly from company's website.On opening the package I found that the handset screen was damaged.Immediately I lodged a complain with their customer care & also through email.After repeating both of the same procedures till today, I am unable to get my handset replaced from them.They are just making false assurances.For your reference please refer the attachment which was mailed to them too.( Image not loading)Kindly help.
