SIR, i have bought lenovo zuk z1 as on 21st may 2015. after 20 days i found issue with my mobile charger .So i applied for the replacement of the defective charger and i handed over the same TO "(TECHTRONIX TECHNOLOGIES) LENOVO SERIVICE CENTRE-GHATKOPAR-MUMBAI" on 23 june 2016. they promised me to replace my charger within a week but when i went to the centre they told me to comeback after a week. The same thing happened twice in a row. Still they are not providing a solid answer that when my charger will be replaced. 1 Month passes from the dat submission of my charger and it has unique charger i cant access my cellphone.Due to this indefinite delay it has caused emotional and physical distress So i humbly request you to take the necessary action. vishal

    I had purchased Lenovo Zuk Z1 on 19th May 2016. After abot 8 months mobile had started showing its true colour though the issue started quite earlier but thought might be due to software load. Submitted the piece on 2nd jan 2017 in Lenovo Ghatkoper Service Center with complaint of mobile getting restarted and hanged they repaired it saying software issue & gave back the 2nd day. I was not getting time to restore it in ZUK Z1. After two weeks when i restored my mobile with all accounts and apps, the very next day mobile switched off completely and then i had resubmitted my mobile on 25th Jan 2017 in Ghatkoper Service Center. They didnt handover me new jobsheet instead said as your mobile is showing out of warranty online we cant generate the jobsheet. After consecutively following up weekly, they handed over me my mobile on 18th jan 2017. After checking I had noticed the power button going inside, the person said its like that only wherein i informed him when i had submitted him it wasnt the same. Also on black screen i could see colour variations which as per the technical person is normal.The very next day the same issue is faced by mobile had restarted 5-6 times in day.I am very pissed off with Lenovo. Please help me out.
