Complaint against Micromax authorized service centre for Delay in Mobile Repair

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have given my mobile for repair on 2nd May, 2016 to Micromax authorized service centre but till date am only getting message every Friday that the unit will be ready within 21 days. Had send a mail to their customer service department for the same but without any results. Below is the SMS message received on 13.06.2016.

Dear Customer, Thanks for your query, we shall further be taking 21 days to deliver your repaired device. We are earnestly working towards resolving it asap and shall keep you informed.

I have received SMS with same above details on

6th May, 2016
13th May, 2016
20th May, 2016
27th May, 2016
3rd June, 2016
17th June, 2016

On sending mail to their office was given the following Reference no : SER146580587824

Till date i have somehow managed my phone and mails with some other mobile. Feel really sad that I had to chose Micromax India mobile who have a hopeless service and do not care what happens to their customer.

Please help me in getting my problem solved as do not think Micromax India is interested in getting my mobile repaired.
