ASUS ZENFONE LASER 550KL DAMAGED BY FONECARE

I have purchased Asus Zenfone 2 Laser ZE550KL ON 09/09/2015 FROM ONLINE FLIPKART SHOP. On 04/05/2016 my mobile phone glass got cracked but it was functioning as it is like before.But on 25/05/2016 I decided to change that broken glass. I searched lots of repairing shops and their prices vary and warranty too. But I decided to give my phone to Fone care (IT TECHIES SERVICE PVT. LTD.). On 25/05/2016 morning 10.45 AM I have personally submitted my working phone to Fone care Goregoan (Job Sheet no.11595) for replacing glass but Receptionist Ms. Jenifer after discussing with their engineer told me that you have to change all touch panel as my glass and touch panel are attached, I asked her about repairing cost but she told me that you will get call after inspection and repairing cost too. On that same in afternoon I got call from fonecare saying the cost for replacing glass and touch panel would be INR 2250/-, I confirmed and asked what will be the delivery period, she replied tomorrow evening i.e.26/05/2016 or 27/05/2016. I said ok and try to deliver it asap. I didn't got call on 26th,27th too so I called them where is my phone or should I send my person to collect it, on that time they replied me they have tried to change the panel but panel is not working so phone is not repaired and ask me to wait till Monday 30/05/2016. I had no option so I said Okay. On Monday 30/05/2016 I got call from Fone care stating that they have tried 2nd time to replace new touch panel and glass but fails to do so, they given me explanation that whenever they changes the panel touch didn't worked and this time they asked me about security code of screen and I told the same. They wanted some more 2 days to resolve the problem. Again I had no chance n option so I kept quite myself. Next day 01/06/2016 I got call from fonecare Ms.Vimla, she said your phone is not repairable so I immediately ask to deliver it today itself, the person who supposed to deliver my phone requested me to receive delivery on next day i.e.02/06/2016, I said okay. On next day 02/06/2016 that person comes with my phone and it was total shocked for me.1st MY PHONES GLASS WERE HAVING FEVISTICK ATTACHED TO SCREEN, 2ND ONE BIG BLACK SPOT ON DISPLAY AND 3RD MY TOUCH PANEL WAS NOT WORKING. I immediately called fonecare(Ms.VIDHI)stating all the problem I faced, she told that return back that phone to their person and said that you will get the phone as it is which you submitted, I said Okay. Next day 03/06/2016 I got called from fonecare Ms. Jenifer told me phone is not repairable, and problem cannot solved I asked them what you did to my phone, It is not functioning only she couldn't answered my questions and told me that we are delivering your phone, I said no need to do that, I will personally visit and will collect. On next day evening 04/06/2016 I visited fonecare goregaon, it was Ms. Jenifer who brought my phone, I explained her all in details, she called their head Ms. Pooja Madam, I explained same problem to her and she assured me if it is like this we will try to repair and give your phone as it is. I asked her to look into the matter, she replied me you will get call in 2 days. I requested her to repair or return back my phone as I submitted. No reply on 6th and 7th so I called on 7th in afternoon to Ms. Pooja, she told me that she will confirm with her seniors and will get back to me, on 08/06/2016 evening she called and told me we tried our best but your board's sensor is damaged and hence your touch is not working, I told her that when i submitted it was totally working, now you have damaged my phone so you should do the needful to return back my phone as it was or take INR 2250 from me AND REPLACED MY PHONE WIHT NEW ONE. She told me she will ask their seniors again and will get back to me. Today 11/06/2016 she called me and told me there is no solution for this, You have to take your phone back, I told her if it is in same condition then i will take it otherwise your look out to return back my phone as it was. She told me we had not checked while submitting your phone that it was damaged or no so I immediately ask her that do you think I am lying for this, she was blaming me so I told her keep that phone with you, I will do the needful to get my phone as it was. thank you madam.
