I RECEIVED MY PHONE BACK AFTER 2 MONTHS. BUT PROBLEM IS SAME. NOTING WAS DONE ON PHONE. HOPE LESS SERVICE DONE.I SUBMITTED MY PHONE AGAIN UNDER JOB CARD NO.PH16A28605000005. NOW 16 DAYS ARE GONE THEY ARE NOT RECIEVING ANY CALL ON CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER. AND I AM CALLING THEM FROM LAST ONE WEEK.REALLY FADE OFF THIS . PLEASE REGISTER MY COMPLAINT AND TAKE FOLLOW OFF . REALLY A FROUD COPAMPANY PHICOMM INDIA.

    I had puchased phone phicomm energy 653 4g from amazon. After 4 months of use, its touch stopped working. I sent the phone to service center after the suggestion of phicomm on 18 september, 2016 but they stillbhave not informed me a single word.

    Toatal frustrated. What should i do?
